There is not a day that goes by that I do not long to hear her voice or see her face. I look at her picture and the tears began to flow. I thank God for Auntie's life because I am,who I am, because of who she was. Missing her, but holding on to the faith that I will see her again. Carolyn G. Birchette(Niece)

Only six months ago I held her hand and kissed her cheek as I sat at her beside, not knowing what tomorrow would unfold. I thank God for allowing me to have such an exemplary role model. She taught us well, she loved us with all her heart, she lives through us each day. Thank you God for choosing my family to have this particular angel walk with us until we see her again. It has been a year since the death of my Auntie( Nov. 30th 2009) and I am still missing her. I think I cried every day last year just thinking about missing her face, her voice, her touch and her words of encouragement. I prayed to God to help ease the pain and lonliness that I was feeling and he did. He wrapped his arms around me and dried my tears. Now, don't get me wrong. I still cry at times and miss her, but it doesn't hurt as bad. I am at peace w/ her death, knowing that she is with her Heavenly Father as well as her earthly father watching over our family.
